cOonstructive life ()
– What are the things to invest time an efforts into? There is a multitude of options right before my eyes, and there is a history telling what´s worth it - and not. There are values and voices telling what to think and what to do.
Some things are life-supporting, constructive, and fills the holes in the puzzle of my desired and ultimate goals. Other things are just nice and celebrates a moment. - Not less important, and they can most likely be the very channel for creative energy.
The different spheres of life demands and give rights. And here we all find ourselves challenged and stretched. The key is found in the balance and the relationship between them and ourselves:
- Personal life - I am
- Family life - You are
- Spiritual life – God is
- Work life - It is
- Social life (social engagements) - We are

- It can’t be described and sold through Google Adwords. – Only superlatives are good enough to paint a tiny spot of this incomprehensive mosaic. You can't have copyright on it (!), and everyone is meant to taste it. Love is the highest value and the strongest power. Love overcomes the deepest darkness and has the heat to light up the inner most hidden chambers in a frozen soul. Even so, love seems like something fragile, something that doesn’t have the capacity to boost about itself. But I can hear whispering under the trees along the path I´m walking. I’m sure it’s love that holds this world together. But sometimes love seems to let it go.
I can’t capture love. I can’t hide it under my pillow for a rainy day. Love is living in the open air and I have seen it sparkle from someone’s eyes to The other. I can remember and still I can breathe. I can give… I can rest…
Who can understand this mystery? I can’t. But I have tried to understand what it means for me (evolving truth - changing images – life in motion – something to reach out for).
- To see the irreplaceable value of every human being in spite of differences and in light of Gods purpose - and based on that understanding - to give and be a servant of these.
And by this self-made quote I have managed (after spending a lot of money on two months of smile and motivation courses :) to share some thoughts about #3 life values that will endure…
- It’s easy to shout hallelujah! … but living it…hmm. (Quote from Fleksnes, a Norwegian wise man)

bUgfix in everyday life
Ble tipset om at bloggen min var avstengt for kommentarer (tanx lars). Bug er fixet. Om du er en ivrig sjel som har brent inne med noen saftige eller kritiske kommentarer, så slipp deg løs mann/dame:). YOU CAN COMMENT! Kanskje noen faktisk har vært innom? Uansett, her får du dagens sitat:
- Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking.
- Paul, in Romans 12 (The Message)

Often I can´t see the outcome of a situation, something I found to be an exiting part of life! A situation can either be fearful or confident, depending on my perspective, toughts and mindset. Yes, I`ve been given a portion of self confidence. - I want to master all kinds situations. But sometimes I fail to do so. To live in faith is a far better alternative. It's not always easy, but I can lower my shoulders. I'm sure it's harder to try to master life without it. - "Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see" (Hebrew 11:1). Who or what do you put your trust in? I have chosen a way of life; I want to follow. This is my faith:
- To let my security and trust in every situation be based on an inner conviction of the reality of an all-good, all powerful God who holds my life and future.
Trust the trustworthy source of life and feel the lotion for your soul.

sO, what is it about hope? - This undefined thing that I can't live without. Eagerly I’m looking for the fulfilment of my hopes in everyday life. If one is ruined another one is coming alongside my breath. This is the pulse of life.
I see that my hopes and happiness are linked to my understanding, my wishes, and the level I have decided to be the level of contentment in each & every area in my life. A fulfilled hope is like water for my soul! - Without it I’m drying up inside. So what do I decide for myself? I can learn from the wise man Solomon who said: - "There is hope only for the living. As they say, It's better to be a live dog than a dead lion!" Ecclesiastes 9:4. I have tried to sum up what living in hope means to me, and maybe it will mean something to you as well:
- To feature every moment with a confident expectation in God, which overrules the uncertainty of my future
This is my hope in life; that I always will nourish such an attitude. - For the happiness which is hidden in this statement and in the people all around me.

hEre we go again!
bAck to life back to reality, someone is singing somewhere! But everywhere there is life as long as a being is cooperating with its enviroment. What about you? Still alive? After over three weeks traveling around in Europe I feel good, refreshed and satisfied!! - Enjoying the company of my fellow earthcreatures.
This is the beginning of the world as I know it! Even today I can discover something new, and the world will forever be different for me. Isn't it amazing? Every moment is a God-given opportunity to discover more of His passion for life! You can see it in your neighbours eyes, in the beauty of the sunset in silence over the coast of Portugal, and even in the tv tower of Berlin - as seen here trough my mobile camera.
- There is life. There is death. And the difference between either one is one single breath. - King's X, Dogman 1994
This quote reminds me to be thankful for every moment. So then, what is important in this life? Next post I will try to catch the core of three values we human beings need to live a life to the full. Stay with me...

Problem: Understanding people?
From time to time I meet people who are babbling words I cannot understand. I'm not talking about pentecostal tounges here..:) I'm talking about foreigners - people from other countries who haven't got the chance to learn proper norwegian. And this can be a serious problem! (...mostly for us few norwegians) But if you are able to write a little bit of English (like I try to prove here...) or other "world languages" then help is on it's way. - Try out Babel Fish from Alta Vista or Babel Fish from Yahoo.
- Just type and select which language this brilliant program shall translate into. It's easy and free! Now you can even comunicate with someone in Chinese if you manage your English! Nice...:) Read more about Babel Fish at Wikipedia.

Are you connected?
Networking is a must for modern mankind... as it has been for 5000 years.. and more? Blogging has a great potensiale for changing our way of share information. But only if somebody reads your blog... and that's the challenge. Another way is to interconnect different real-world-friend-network in cyberspace:
Myspace is a growing community for networking with over 88 million registred accounts. Here you can find your friends, your favoritebands, or more likely somebody you've never seen before... Exciting and potentially addicting!! (warning!) Excelent for networking and a great place for sharing music and videoes. Promote your ideas!
Xanga is another massive community with estimated 45 million members. This is much the same consept as Myspace from another american company. Did you know that the people who are using Xanga are called "Xangans"?
For futurekids these places are already old fashion. Everything is moving on towards the great converge.
MSN-Spaces is the new from Microsoft. Here you can create your own personal space linked to your messenger ID and the site is prepared for connection to your mobile. MSN-space combines the function of a textblog with the multimedia and network possibilities we find on Myspace and Xanga. And more than tha; here it is e asy to upload photo from your mobile and create albums online. - You can decide who can watch your space: Just the people added in yor MSN-Messenger - people you allow to enter - or completely open to the public.
By the way: Myspace is now also optimized to admin accounts through mobile devices - but first only through Helio's mobiles (yes, we're living in a commercial world). I'm think it's just a matter of time before this is an open option...?
Have you been left behind?
- Don't you worry, there are a lot of people that doesn't have a clue, and we are all one of them! Curious? Check out Stereofish on myspace - newly created space with real underground rock for your soul! Or my friend Daniel's space on MSN-Spaces.
